Meet Cristina Martinez, owner of South Philly Barbacoa in Phildelphia. Cristina has been quite busy of late with the popularity from being featured on Netflix's Chef table a year ago and also on David Chang's ugly delicious. Cooking barbacoa since she was 6, Cristina has mastered her craft and now she has been trying to master more serious issues involving immigration and human rights as she is an undocumented Chef. Throughout her trials she has been commited to serving her customers some of the best dishes around making it the reason people visit philly for more than just cheesesteaks.
