Solar Impulse 2: Arrives In New York


The Solar Impulse 2's trip around the world with no fuel is almost a reality after having been delayed for a couple years due to bad weather and repairs. An airplane powered by more than 17,000 solar cells that feed 5,000 pounds of battery for overnight operation, The duo of Bertrand Piccard & André Borschberg journey began in Abu Dhabi, then a couple weeks later San Francisco an Eventually landed in New York's JFK airport just days ago.
